Calvin has been patient and considerate of our needs as we tried to sell our house at the beginning of COVID. Just before we listed our place, we changed our mind and decided to rent for a year. He was honest about the benefits and drawbacks renting and the potential change in value of our place. After renting for a year we got the place on the market and Calvin was invaluable in negotiating a price higher than we had anticipated. And when that deal fell through (due to an odd inspection issue), he did the same 2 weeks later and it sold without a hitch. He was helpful, available at all times, patient and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.
