As first time homebuyer, what I appreciate much about Calvin is that he guided me throughout the whole process of buying a home. He patiently provided me lots of options until I found the property I like most. He is excellent in making negotiations.

Good guy. Has a lot of resources, to get quotes. Knows some in depth knowledge about real estate. Never gave up on us being picky.

This was our sixth transaction with Calvin, it was just as professional as the previous five. Great knowledge of the market and great communication. Will continue to work with Calvin in the future.

This is the second purchase that Calvin assisted us with. However, in between the last and this deal, he efficiently and patiently showed us several properties that we were interested in. He never pressured us to make an offer when we were not ready. When we were ready to make offers, he would give us appropriate recommendations on pricing and conditions. He would weigh pros and cons of different offer options to assist us in making the best offer decisions. This deal took months to pursue but with Calvin's professional advice and speedy communications with seller's agents, we finally closed the deal with a better than expected outcome. We were very pleased with Calvin as he was very patient and helpful during the whole process. This property needed a facelift and Calvin recommended great contractors to help with the reno. Without Calvin, we wouldn't have been able to start the the reno the second day after we took possession. We would highly recommend Calvin to anyone who is looking to purchase investment properties as Calvin knows what properties attract good tenants and produce decent cash flow.

Calvin was so great to work with! I had so many question (including some really dumb ones) and he had an answer for them all!!! I bought my first investment property with him and I’ll definitely buy the next with him. He maintained a level of professionalism that was greatly appreciated. I am a new property investor that has done alot of homework over this past year but havent purchased my first property until recently. Calvin has helped me extremely with knowing what to look for and what is important for a ROI and a healthy cashflow. He is very knowledge and willing to help. I have tested him many times to see if he was only interested in making a sale and that definitely was not Calvin. He looks out for his clients interest. Many properties that I thought were good, he told me it is not worth it and explained to me the reason. He has even offered to assist me with his many contacts that he has. So even after he sells a property he is still willing to help with advise and whatever his client needs.
