We have just used Cathy as our agent for the second time! We met Cathy six years ago when we wanted too downsize. I had emailed several brokers about a property as I did not have a broker. Cathy was the only one to call me back. Cathy is prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable , kind, and also a great negotiator. Not to mention, just a super nice person! She showed us homes where we thought we might like to live and in a neighbourhood we had not considered. We fell in love with her suggestion. (Dundas. Best town ever) Then on short notice we asked Cathy to help us purchase a different multi family home we had been eyeing. When we went through it, she was very clear about what she thought were some of the pros and some of the cons. We were super worried about selling in this new market, but Cathy had our home listed quickly. Staged it so beautifully, and it was sold in just over two weeks. Her whole team was great. We had an issue after we moved, which was completely out of Cathy’s control, but she made it right. You don’t always find people with such integrity in this day and age. Wow, Cathy did a miracle job for selling our home ,we found ourself moving out of province and our home was still on the market and not selling .It was a nightmare for us after being on the market for over 75 days ,Cathy sold our home within 3 days , she organized everything , staging , landscaping.... Cathy is a complete professional. If something needed to be done, she took care of it and at her expense. Everything from landscaping, home inspection to staging. She listed my place in late July and it had a lot of traffic and was sold in three days. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!
