Cathy helped me purchase my first home in Hamilton. She was very patient and helped with guidance through the new process for me. She always was very pleasant and flexible for coordinate home viewings, which was a positive for me, with my line of work leaving me with an unpredictable work schedule at times. I found Cathy easy to approach with concerns that I had, and our overall communication developed well, as we continued my journey to find the home I wanted to buy. I really appreciated this because you want to feel that you can easily approach /talk with your agent in regards to all different matters when It comes to making such a large life decision. Her knowledge of the Hamilton area and the market was very good and I comfortably relied on her knowledge of it when making my decisions. As well, I also appreciated her negotiation skills, this is where she shined and to me what an important area to do so!
