Her calm manner, knowledge and experience was so helpful in directing us the right way in being successful with our search, offer and purchase of our property. We would highly recommend Cathy, if you are looking for a client-led, professional realtor, who has amazing negotiation skills. We wouldn't go with anyone else!

<p>Cathy was a great resource as we navigated this crazy market. While we searched for our out of area home, she kept us up to date on what was happening in the area. She got us ready for what was needed to prep our house for sale. Since we bought before we sold, we needed things to move quickly, once we were ready to sell. We had done all the prep work that was recommended by Cathy and her team. Once we confirmed our purchase, she made things happen. Staging, pictures video... Result was that our house moved quickly. We did not have time to worry about getting our house sold.</p>
