She provided a detailed and accurate assessment of the value of our home and had comparables on hand to back up her assessment. Cheryl, along with a professional, staged our house and arranged for high quality photos with a 360° walk through video. Within 24hrs of the listing going live, we had many showings booked, multiple strong offers, and ended up selling over asking. I could not recommend Cheryl more energetically.

She even caught mistakes my old agent made which cost me alot and advised me at one point to not play a game the first buyers were playing. She guided me very well from some troubling waters. Cheryl organized the staging of my home, was very informative, knowledgeable about the current market and pricing, she was an expert with negotiating the sale, and pleasant to deal with. Cheryl was fantastic . We were buying and selling for the first time in a market that was not super busy . Cheryl was able to give us all of the advice and knowledge we needed to navigate the slower period . She made us feel comfortable and at ease through a really stressful time. She stands up for her clients and does what is in their best interest . Communion was great , we never felt bad for asking questions. She was always back to us very quickly. Weather you are selling a little condo like us or a large home Cheryl treats everyone equally . We never felt as though we were fighting for her time or were unimportant. My family is in a new home we love and we have Cheryl to thank for that .
