Cheryl was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She connected us with a wonderful stager who helped us prepare our condo for listing. She walked us through the entire process. Our condo went on the market on a Friday night and was sold by the following Monday. Cheryl is very professional, knowledgeable and certainly has a passion for real-estate. We were so happy we chose her to sell our property!

She responds promptly or in a timely manner, her knowledge of the industry is huge, she has values (it’s important to her that her clients are happy and the place is a good fit), and she’s a great person with a good sense of humour. Cheryl was very helpful in finding what we were looking for. She showed a number of places in our price range and was also honest to tell us which areas were not so great and what to look out for. Overall Cheryl was great.
