Clay was very helpful in getting our property to market and sold quickly. We are satisfied with Clay and his teams help as the property was well represented and managed throughout the sales process.

Clay was very patient and helpful to my husband and I when purchasing our first house. We had little knowledge so Clay had to answer a lot of questions for us and he showed great patience when doing so. He recommended a perfectly wonderful building inspector, a man who could talk your head off, but, if you listened to him, which we did, we learned a lot about our new house and what repairs it needed and how to maintain it. We took Clays' advice and we have a lovely home that we are proud and pleased to own. I would use Clay again in the future and I would happily recommend him to all my friends and family.

Clay made time for me as soon as I contacted him .I was from out of town and had picked Properties to see from the Internet, and he showed me all, letting me make my own observations. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I would feel comfortable to use his services again .

Clay was extremely helpful from day one. He was very willing to show me a house even with short notice! He always makes it happen! We are first time home buyers in Canada and he assisted a lot in how the process works here and what to do and not do! Great honest advice. Clay is very approachable and I found that even as the wife of the buyer I was always treated with dignity and respect! I would recommend Clay to everybody that is in the market to buy or sell!!
