<p>Clay Brunette is an outstanding realtor with a calm, no pressure approach that was very much appreciated.<br /> It had been over 20 years since I bought my home, a custom built property which did not necessarily entice a broad spectrum of buyers, especially in the current real estate market, as well as the time of year at which I was selling. Despite all that, Clay’s expertise, exceptional team, and impressive negotiation skills garnered not one, but two good offers, resulting in a timely sale.<br /> Clay and his team are skillful and professional while always being approachable and affable. They were very prompt at responding to emails, calls or texts. My sincere thanks, gratitude and appreciation for the friendly, positive and successful experience I had in selling my property.<br /> The effort and dedication displayed by Clay and his team make working with them an amazing experience. Clay was very patient, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. He was quick to respond via email, text or phone whenever we had a question and when we wanted to view a new property. His recommendations for a home inspector and lawyer were excellent. Highly recommended!

Clay was very helpful every step of the way. Never pushy or overbearing always helpful and honest and remained objective. Awesome job. Sold fast and was very helpful. Understood what I wanted and did everything to help us sell close to the price we wanted
