Our property was only listed for one day and he was able to sell the home after the first viewing. He was able to get the best possible price for our property - was able to to sell the home for 99.4% of our asking price. I will be recommending Clay to all my friends and family who are trying to sell or buy a property. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be asking Clay to be my realtor again.  </p>
