<p><br /> I am very happy to write a review for Clay. Being brand new to a city you put a lot of trust in your agent. I am happy to say that Clay never once took us to a property outside our budget and found us a great condo in a thriving neighbourhood.<br /> It has been two years since we purchase our property and Clay continues to stay in touch with us. He even sends us the odd lottery ticket. :)<br /> Clay has been very supportive of us as well . He is always professional and quick to answer any questions we may have.<br /> I would strongly suggest Clay as the man to look after your real estate needs.</p>

<p>Clay did all he said he would do, and more. He was spot on with the probable value of our house, which provided us with more than one offer. As we had never been through the process of selling before, he was very patient with our questions. All requests for showings were sent to us, and his weekly updates were always provided. We would seriously consider Clay and his team if we ever need realtor services in the future. I have no problem recommending him to others if and when the need arises.</p>

<p>I used Clay to sell my property which was seamless. I got good money for the property he sold and he also helped me purchase my new property for an excellent price as well. He went above and beyond to make sure I got a good deal. His negotiating skills are top notch and I would recommend him to anyone.</p>

When I told Clay some of the main things I needed in my home Clay took that into consideration and always showed me homes with the things I asked. When it came down to finding the perfect home Clay was able to make sure everything went smoothly. I will being using Clay for all future purchases.</p>

Clay was prompt in responding to our e-mails, quick to line up condominium visits, and fast to put together paperwork. Clay helped us find the perfect condominium for my daughter by going above and beyond our expectation and in short period of time. He is very knowledgeable and treated me as friend. He advocated and negotiated well on my behalf. I highly recommend him to everyone.</p>
