<p>We were very impressed with Clay and his team in both selling our home and purchasing a new home. Clay has an incredible network of support staff that I think really sets him apart from other realtors. He had a good knowledge of city areas and markets and his advice enabled us to sell our home quickly in a buyers market for more than the appraised value. When it came to purchasing he showed great patience as we viewed many homes before we found the right one for us. He was great at pointing out flaws in some of the homes that we would have missed. He was also very helpful in assisting us locate an area that had all the elements we were looking for as well as suggesting several homes he thought fit our criteria when we started to get bogged down. We were quite nervous about the timing of buying and selling simultaneously but Clay was reassuring and helped to make this transition so easy we wondered why we had ever worried. After both offers were signed he negotiated closing dates that worked much better for us than the original dates and did so promptly. We were kept well informed through every step of the transactions. He also went out of his way to allow us access to our new property several times prior to possession as we had several trades in to do upgrades and required on site quotes. Overall we had a great experience and I feel confident in recommending Clay to anyone. We offer a big thank you to him and his staff.</p>

<p>Clay was great at negotiating with buyers, got a stager in for me, and had great advice throughout the whole process. I got a lot of traffic through the house and it sold fairly quickly!</p>
