What can I say about Craig Doherty? Absolutely nothing but great things! We met Craig when looking for another place some time ago with our past realtor. We knew from that moment on that we wanted him to not only help find our new place, but help sell our current one. He is awesome, to say the least. Kind, prompt, courteous, helpful and down right funny! Not to mention a master at his trade. We were able to buy and sell within a short period of time, which took so much stress out of the whole process. We highly recommend Craig and his team for anyone looking to buy or sell. 100%!

He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the house he was showing and we immediately felt comfortable with his relaxed, outgoing manner. When we were ready to sell our home and lot we asked Craig to represent us. He listened to our ideas and was respectful of our expectations. He had his photographer create a beautiful video which included a fly over with a drone to capture the full property and view. Craig made sure that the listing looked polished and professional. Craig worked tirelessly and enthusiastically to sell our properties and gave us honest feedback and encouragement throughout the process. His love for Lions Bay is contagious and as a resident and business owner in the community he not only knows the market well he is a wonderful advocate for all the attributes of the Village.
