The sale of my home in Lions Bay in May 2014 was a positive experience for both of us. Craig’s process is based firmly on knowledge and analysis of the housing market and building a partnership with the client. Sharing information and making decisions together every step of the way. We began the dialogue in January 2014 and worked out a path forward with target dates for listing etc. Craig’s Comparative Market Analysis report was an excellent reference point for determining the listing price - linked to comparative properties but also the seller’s preferences with respect to time and money. My house was listed on May 6, 2014. Within a few days, there were two strong offers and interest by other buyers. Craig managed this very well - professional, ethical, open communication with other agents and with me. My house sold on May 29, 2014. Craig’s energy and commitment to do a great job, his analytical skills and attention to detail and his outgoing, engaging manner with people all combine to make him an excellent realtor.
