Dave was outstanding to work with. We gave him an idea of what we wanted and within a few days he had set up viewings at Multiple houses all with what we had mentioned. Following that we had our eyes set on 1 we really liked and he seemed to know everything about the house as well as the listing. And anything he didn’t he found out for us. The whole process went by so fast that in no time we were already packing our things to move into our dream house. Being a first time home buyer I was quite intimidated and Dave made the process seem easy. He is flexible with his availability and always responded to texts or phone calls promptly. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy a home.
