Dave is very professional and knowledgeable. He understood the uniqueness of our property and was willing to try an approach (new to the area) to achieve results better than we ever expected! He was quick to answer our questions and made sure that we understood and were comfortable with the process every step of the way, making the experience exciting and enjoyable. He really cares about his clients. The team he works with also was efficient and professional.

Dave was great to deal with again, he was super helpful and knowledgable to the market and kept great communication with us to help us sell our home and get what we wanted!

Market conditions definitely were not favourable being a seller but Dave got me a reasonable price for my home given these poor conditions.

Dave was the best real estate agent we ever worked with! We were only in town for 8 days and Dave showed us every house we requested as well as a few he thought might work for us! We ended up buying a house he had chosen for us to look at! It is very evident he loves his job, he is always pleasant and professional and very efficient and obviously puts in a lot of hours! He was with us most days we were there, and if he wasn’t with us he was arranging an inspector, recommending lawyers or drawing up offer to purchase to be signed! Dave doesn’t try to just sell you a house, he gets an idea of what you want and does his best to make sure that when you buy you are very happy! I would recommend Dave to family and friends without question!
