We originally touched base with Dave in March 2023 and then again in late June. At that meeting we knew we wanted to list and the agent we wanted was Dave Pilger. On Monday he did the paperwork, began inputting info and pictures on Tuesday plus shared with his fellow agents at his office. Tuesday evening, the deal was basically done for more than we had thought we would get. Then we had to ask Dave to help us find a new condo in town. This was done within 10 days.
