We are very happy with the work Dave put in on our behalf in selling our house. I texted Dave on a Monday, to put the wheels in motion. I met with him the following day, and he came prepared with relevant research and background information. He looked at the house, and we discussed strategy. We were already seeing our house on social media by Friday, with a clear target audience. Dave was able to generate a lot of interest in a very short period of time. A little over a week after first contacting him, Dave had sold the house. What most impressed us about Dave was the feeling that our house was a priority for him. Dave was in regular communication with us, keeping us up to date with developments as they happened. Having never sold a house before, I had been dreading the prospect. I was amazed at how smooth everything went under Dave's guidance. The next time we sell, Dave will be the first person we call!
