<p>After seeing 50+ open houses without a realtor, we stumbled upon an open house hosted by Eric. Although having been solicited by many realtors, Eric captured our attention with his scientific and data-driven approach to determining home value. He showed us the speed with which he could determine whether a buyer was asking for fair value, and we immediately recognized the value he could bring with technology.</p> <p>From the moment we started looking for homes with Eric, we told him that one of us was a straight shooter, and we needed an agent that would be similar, he promised that he would always give us his honest and truthful opinion, and he probably saved us more than once from jumping into something we might have later regretted.</p> <p>Eric also told us in the early days of us telling him what we were looking for that "buyers are liars". Often, buyers don't know exactly what they want, and their list of wants and needs changes over the course of their work with an agent. True to form, the home we found wouldn't have been on one of our original lists, but we love it!</p> <p>Eric always promptly scheduled viewings when we found a home we liked, and on many weekends in a row, spent a full day in (of course) ridiculous snow storms touring us around to see our chosen options. He made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience throughout, and when we finally decided to make an offer, guided us through the process and got us the home we wanted at a price we were willing to pay.</p> <p>We would recommend Eric (and have) to our friends and family, and to anyone else who wants t have a dedicated and experienced realtor on their side.</p> <p>Thanks Eric!</p>

Great experience! Eric really knows his stuff and was polite, professional, and responsive throughout the entire buy/sell process. He followed up with realtors after all ours showings which was reassuring to know how the showings went.

<p>This is the second time I have worked with Eric. As expected from last time Eric is a pleasure to deal with. He was quick to answer any questions, and worked hard for the sale of our condo. Despite slow condo market in Calgary, he got us a fair sale. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property. He truly is a professional!</p>

<p>We bought our first place through Eric Dennis. He really did make it feel effortless. He took care of all the technical side of things, but was careful to explain it all to us throughout the process. He always took a proactive approach, and was eager to do 6 showings one weeknight (the guy is a workhorse). He is also available by phone all hours of the day and is a strong communicator. From day 1 he felt more like a friend than a businessman which was great. He still checks in here and there after 5 months since the transaction. The inspector and lawyers recommended were also top notch. A few areas to improve upon are his technical knowledge of homes (construction, renovation etc) and his knowledge of some of the neighbourhoods. At any rate, he is an excellent realtor and a very enjoyable person to be around. Keep up the great work, Eric!</p> <p>You will not regret enlisting the services of Mr. Eric Dennis!</p>

<p>We previously sold a rental property through Eric and were very satisfied with the service that Eric provided. We were looking to purchase an acreage in the south Calgary/Okotoks area and decided to have Eric represent us for this transaction as well. We were very picky as to our requirements i.e. a house that would work for us currently with 3 children but also one that would work when they had "flown the coop". We also were looking for proximity/location, size etc. Needless to say we had a very extensive checklist and were not going to settle for just any place. Eric took the time to help us evaluate >10 properties including taking us out to see them EVERY time. At no time was there a sense that he felt we were wasting his time. In fact he stated to us that we should look at lots of places so we could get a sense of what was available and the going real estate values in the areas we were looking at. At the time of sale we needed to have have several things done i.e. home inspection and well/water and septic system evaluated. Eric took care of ALL OF IT. we just need to show up at the time of evaluation. We would strongly recommend Eric for anyone's buying or selling needs. We will use Eric again when the time comes. Now if he shows up to help us move, he'd be perfect...</p>
