This is the second home that we commissioned the Wylde Team to sell on our behalf. During both sales we found Mary and Brad to be honest and understanding as to our needs and timelines. The first sale was quite easy and the market was quite good. The second sale was recent and was during one of the worst real estate markets that I’ve seen in 30 years. With few showings and fickle buyers, the Wylde’s were able to work out a sale that was acceptable. I highly recommend their team, clearly they are true professionals.
