1’st “investment property” to help our daughter who would be attending University of Guelph. We initially wasted multiple weekends driving around Guelph looking at houses for sale. I forget exactly how we crossed paths with Trish but she gave us some excellent experienced buying advice and not only did it save us a pile of time, it gave us the confidence to proceed with this new housing venture. Upon my daughters graduation we were looking to sell earlier this year and again we called Trish. She did a walk through and strongly recommended we upgrade and replace some of the fixtures as we could expect a significantly higher price in return than the renovation costs alone. We took her advice and have made those changes. Trish is truly a wonderful person to work with and she has done more to help us with this project than we ever could have expected - she came through on absolutely everything 👍
