We had to commute to Guelph to look at houses and she was always available and willing to work with us on showing potential houses. She added valuable insight into resale potential/ neighbourhood potential which was very welcome when you are new to a community. She also assisted us through the very stressful process of a home holding offers- and we made it through! We got the house we wanted.
