Great experience, Greg and his family bring years of real-estate knowledge at your service. Even though the seller threw us a curve during the negotiation, our situation was quickly and efficiently resolved by Greg. In any negotiation there are high and lows, having Greg in our corner and looking out for our personal interest was vitally important to us. The experience was positive and I would strongly recommend Greg.

What we appreciated most about Greg was his honesty. He was genuine and he gave us great advice for the sale and purchase of our home. We really appreciated how he always followed up with any questions in a very timely manner and also helped put our minds at ease when activity was slow. One saying he used that helped through the process was “quality over quantity”. We put our trust in him and he delivered! He is also connected so we had a very reliable home inspector do the inspection and he will give us contacts for the renovations we have planned for our new place. We were very satisfied with Greg and his team. They were professional, courteous and reliable.

Greg has assisted us through 3 home purchases. His knowledge of the real estate market is outstanding and it is clear that he has a lot of experience in the business. Each time we have met with Greg, he went above and beyond to find us the perfect home, even if it meant that it was for sale by another agent (thus having an impact on his own commission). His level of customer service is beyond reproach, and continues years after you have signed the agreement. He is honest, responds quickly to questions and is excellent at managing expectations. He also was there to help with every step of the purchase of our new home. The video he made of our home was excellent and reflected the beauty of our home to potential buyers.
