Our neighbourhood is not a suburb where all the homes are variations of other models in the community. Each one is unique and as a result, direct comparisons are more difficult, His knowledge of the community resulted in us getting a better price than we had anticipated. He advised us of changes in marketing and selling our house since we purchased this home. And most importantly, he priced the home correctly and worked hard to ensure that we sold at the right price. We have used Greg to sell and buy a home. In both processes, he was more than great. In helping us finding a house, he said one sentence that proved to us how attentive he was to our needs and desires: - I will not show you 30 houses, I know what you are looking for, and I will not waste your time seeing houses that I know won't be to your liking.- He was very selective. He did his homework and he was bang on! All the houses we saw had something that we liked. When we settled on one in particular, it was magical, those are the words used to describe the house.
