Greg Hamre has helped me purchase 2 houses while I am living in Shanghai. He was always available to help me out whenever I needed. He is very knowledgeable about the Ottawa area and he never pushed me to purchase a house unless I was completely comfortable with it. Greg is extremely professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him as a real estate agent.

I have had the pleasure of working with Greg for both a sale and a purchase of homes over the past few years. For both experiences, he demonstrated exceptional expertise. For the sale, I had an asking price offer before the house went on the market. For my purchase, even though I had limited time to search and purchase, Greg found exactly the house I was looking for in short order and assisted me in negotiating a fair price. It is clear to me that he has a vast knowledge of the real estate market in the Ottawa area. Additionally, he was always available to respond to my questions and provided me with accurate assessments which greatly assisted me in my decisions. I have been extremely satisfied during my experiences. Without hesitation, I would recommend Greg and the entire Hamre team.

We were about to list our house for sale in Orleans when a good friends of ours recommended Greg Hamre to us as they were very satisfied with their recent home purchase using him. We used Grg to list our home and also for the purchase of our new home. Both transactions went smoothly and we were completely satisfied with the Hamre Team. If Greg wasn't available he always ensured that Steve would deal with any questions or issues we had. We eventaully sold that house and purchased another using the Hamre Team. Again both transactions were seamless. Gregs knowledge of the area and market saw us sell for the highest price to that date in that subdivision. Several neighbors commented on our selling price as they hadn't realized that homes in the neighbourhood has appreciated that much. Three years later we were transferred to the Vancouver area and sold our house in Orleans through Greg. We still have occasional correspondence with him as we have developed a great working relationship over the years. In the Fall of 2018 an employee of mine was tranferring to the Ottawa area. He and his wife were corresponding with a realtor there and they were not satisfied with the service they were receiving. He knew that I had lived in the Ottawa area and wondered if I could recommend a good realtor. I advised him that we had used Greg Hamre a couple of times and that we were very satisfied with the results. My employee used the Hamre Team and was also pleased with the service that they received and sent me a thank-you message advising the same. I would have no problem recommending the Hamre Team to any friends, family or colleagues as they were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the markets in the Ottawa area.

Greg was great very patient in showing us Numerous houses until we found the right One and the purchase went very smooth As did the sale. Very professional and Friendly and would not hesitate to Recommend him to our family or friends.
