When we decided to sell our house in Langdon we interviewed a few realtors to get a feel for the market. From the moment we met Guy Cooley I knew we were in good hands. He was very professional and came with a abundance of knowledge about the Langdon area. Selling a house can be stressful, Guy made the process very easy and was very accommodating to our schedule and situation. Guy was helpful on assessing our house for market, and developing a selling strategy to establish a fair yet competitive list price. Once we did the walk through with Guy he made realistic suggestions for staging and offered some advice on what things would need attention or repair to catch the eye of new potential buyers. Through the entire process I felt like Guy kept us well informed and up to date on everything. Once we started to get interest from perspective buyers Guy made sure that all safety protocols were followed and we as sellers were comfortable allowing people into our home. The entire process went very smoothly, we ended up receiving a offer and Guy negotiated on our behalf and got us exactly what we wanted, definitely couldn't of asked for a better outcome. Guy was extremely patient and professional with us in a search for our first family home. We started our search almost 2 years ago, and came across Guy when searching listings in Langdon, AB. We searched high and low, including new builds, older houses and neighbourhoods both in Langdon and in Calgary on and off for these past couple years and Guy was always quick to help us when we requested to see a house, but also patient when we took breaks from our search. He was always forthright about the properties we looked at and would even point out flaws we might have overlooked at times, and we never felt pressured by him to offer on anything we weren't comfortable with. When it finally came time to purchase a house, he helped us every step of the way and secured a reasonable deal with the sellers with very little stress on our part. Guy was an outstanding advocate is negotiating with the sellers. He was quite knowledgeable in all things related to the purchase of a new home.
