Guy, was an honest real estate agent that always listened to our needs. He knows a lot about our townhouse complex as well as the city of Chestermere. Always gave great advice on what we needed to do ourselves to improve the sale for our home. Would definitely recommend Guy if you're trying to sell your home.

Guy was extremely professional and patient with us. As we are moving from Ontario to Alberta he showed us a LOT of houses and explained the market value and pros and cons with each one. We looked at Cochrane, Airdrie, Calgary and out in the boonies. As I am still in Ontario, he helped my husband with the viewing and acted as a second pair of eyes. Covid definitely threw a wrench into some of the process, but we were able to work through it and successfully purchased a home. We are extremely grateful and appreciative for all of his help. We would highly recommend Guy and would definitely use him again if the need ever arises.
