Can’t say enough how amazing Guy has been to us. We started our journey last year and despite us not knowing if we wanted to buy or not he was still so patient with us and continued to show us home after home with such a good attitude and provided so much knowledge. Guy was an absolute pleasure to work with when buying our first home. He was able to book us showings at all hours of the day and night. Didn't let us get discouraged when a couple of our offers fell through and got right back to the grind. He was able to negotiate the seller into agreeing to make a myriad of fixes that were observed during the inspection. Very personable character and I highly recommend!

Guy really exceeded our expectations as he helped us both sell and buy a house. We’ve never sold a house before and he made it much easier and faster than expected. We also were very lucky that his negotiation skills got us both a better selling price on our home, and a great price with some good builder upgrades on our new place.
