Guy was excellent! We really enjoyed working with him during our search for a house. His many years of experience working as a realtor really shows. Guy was great at pointing out things in the homes we saw that we just didn't even see - he knew what to look for. Everyone that Guy recommended to us was excellent. As first time home buyers, Guy was patient with answering our questions. He was patient with our search and never pushed us to put an offer on a house even after a few months of searching. He never pressured us to offer more than we could (actually talked us out of offering higher on a few homes) and gave us good feedback on our bids. Like many people have said, Guy is hilarious. He made the competitive home buying market a lot more enjoyable with his humour. Guy made time for us to see houses that just came on the market. He worked late into the night to help us get offers in. He was great at responding to texts and phone calls. He's a busy guy but he made us feel like our search was important to him. We recommend Guy to everyone we know! We loved working with him and think he's a superb realtor. We look forward to working with him in the future if we are ever looking to buy/sell again.

Guy answered all my questions and walked me step by step through selling. Making selling my first home hassle free. Guy went above and beyond to make selling the home between a non communicative couple easy. I felt Guy addressed issues between both parties with sensitivity and care. I will recommend Guy to my friends and family. When I purchase a home again I will request Guy for my real estate needs.

Guy and his team are incredible! Very reliable and dependable group. The recommendations, advice, and photo quality were outstanding. My place sold in under 4 days (much faster than most sales in my area). And Guy was able to beat my ask!
