It was such a pleasure to have Guy as our realtor. He was THE guy and worked so hard to make it happen. It was stressful not having so much time available for us to look in Alberta as we are from British Columbia but he found us the perfect house for our family! Guy went above and beyond to get my mother in laws house listed and sold quickly. It was in a retirement area so a very niche market and he had it conditionally sold in 7 days from listing. It was also in December so not a typically strong time to sell quickly.
