I would highly recommend Guy. I was impressed with him from our first phone call as he was on vacation at the time and started the process of listing our home while on vacation. He was always available when needed. If I had to leave a message he either texted me immediately or called me back within a few minutes. He is definitely a 5 star agent!!

Guy Cooley pointed out things I needed to do to present my home in the best possible way. The fact that it was sold within 48 hours of listing is a testament to that. Guy lives locally so is very aware of what out community has to offer new buyers. His friendly manner, sense of humour and sound advice was greatly appreciated.

Guy was prompt for appointments. When showing us properties he would ensure he didn’t leave you behind so you didn’t get lost. Very pleased with his professionalism. He came through for us big time.
