As a first time home buyer, Guy did a fantastic job at showing me homes within my price range, as well as homes that suited my needs and wants. I cannot adequately express how impressed we are with the outstanding service provided by Guy Cooley during both the sale of our acreage and purchase of our new home. His attention to detail during the preparation for sale helped our property to show at its best, and his negotiation skills are stellar. Even though he is an extremely busy man, he always responded to our questions in a timely manner, and with never ending patience. This was our third time using Guy to purchase a property and the first time to sell. The fact that we keep coming back to him, says it all, I believe! In this crazy market, he was the calm in the storm. After looking for a new home for several months, he got us into our dream listing as soon as it was available and a successful offer was accepted within hours. When it came time to list our house, the market had only gotten crazier and after guiding us on how to prepare the house for its best chance of selling, the race was on. 12 showings within 2 days and 6 offers to wade through! He easily handled all of our questions, was always available when we needed him and got us an amazing sell price and terms. Professional, knowledgeable and personable, we will forever recommend Guy to anyone looking for the best realtor around.
