Guy was awesome! I bought my house through him while I was living out of province and at the beginning of the process I found that I could trust Guy 100% to give me feedback and his opinions on different aspects and concerns of the house I had just like he was buying it for himself. I bought the place sight unseen and after my offer was accepted only then traveled to see what I had purchased and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! The entire experience was awesome and I would recommend Guy to anyone looking to purchase or sell a place in an absolute heartbeat.

Guy was the best midnight realtor anyone Could ask for, he very frequently fielded calls from an anxious first time buyer at pretty much any hour of the day. Very professional and knowledgable; frankly put if you do not deal with him you are making the process of buying Way harder on yourself.

Guy was such a pleasure to work with. He’s extremely knowledgeable on Calgary and the surrounding areas. This was my first property I have ever sold and he made it a breeze. Even with my crazy schedule, Guy was always around to correspond, whether it be extremely late at night or very early in the morning. If your looking for a realtor who will work his butt off for you. While nothing in this world is perfect and selling your home is always a roller coaster ride, I cannot rate Guy any less than outstanding in all areas and would highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs. From the first meeting, in depth market analysis, recommendations and suggestions for staging and repairs, pictures, pricing, were all bang on. Communication was seemless, all calls and texts were answered within literally minutes. After 4 days on the market he was able to pull off a huge win for us and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. We look forward to working with Guy on the purchase of our next home and future real estate needs.

We were originally recommended to Guy from a friend who works with a home builder company. She said he was the best. Luckily our builder also used Guy and he became our realtor. He was extremely flexible as we had a very long build process during Covid. He worked with us throughout including supporting on prep/presentation ideas as well as taking photos in late fall to best showcase our home as we listed in the winter. Guy communicated very well, was timely, professional and worked with us every step of the way. His hard work led to 10 offers in less than 24hrs and he helped us secure the best suited for our family. I would use and recommend Guy to anyone selling their home.
