Guy was an absolute breath of fresh air to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable as well as well versed and experienced as a real estate agent. From the first phone call upon reaching out he was super helpful and interested in getting to know what we wanted, what we were looking for etc. We used Guy for both the sale and purchase of a new house. Guy also has knowledge of how to market a house for sale properly and uses very good professional photography services. He is also very specific in how to make/keep a home “show ready” which is so helpful since there are so many things you don’t think about when showing a home and it was much appreciated how much advice he gave with what to have out vs. what to “put away”. He was always attentive to us via email, phone, text or in person and very quickly as well. Guy was also very helpful and always willing to help us do things around the house and to help us move things out of the way, helped us wipe things down etc. Guy always goes the extra mile for his clients and his passion in his job definitely shows. He also knows very reputable people/companies to recommend for almost any trade you need throughout the entire process!
