<p>My husband and I met Ina at an open house she was hosting a street over from our home. She met with us that same day and, after hearing how confident she was that our house should definitely be listed $40,000 above what another realtor suggested, we hired Ina on the spot! She staged our house beautifully, and she hired an amazing photographer to not only take and post pictures but video as well. In addition, Ina also began showing our house even before it was officially on the market! Like every seller, we wanted to ensure that we received top dollar for our home, but we also needed to sell our home quickly to ensure a timely move at the end of the school year. Ina made all of this happen for us and actually exceeded our expectations! The entire process has been surprisingly a pleasant one for us, and we are thankful that Ina was there to walk us through every step of our home selling journey.
