We were really nervous about buying our first home until a friend of us recommended to call Ina and she introduced us the entire buying process including getting mortgage. Even though we had gotten pre-approved with our bank, Ina was able to beat that rate and have everything approved very quickly. She showed us 12 homes during two days on Eglinton Avenue and after revisiting two of them we put an offer. Ina was able to negotiate the price which we were willing to pay. Now we live in our dream home and really happy here. Ina, thank you so much!!!
