<p>Ina is a wonderful realtor and a delightful person. She cares deeply about the welfare of her clients and will go the extra mile (or more) to help them. We used her to buy a house in Newmarket. She knows the market well in that area and therefore was able to give us excellent practical advice about purchase prices and sale prices. When we ran into some sticky territory with our mortgage, she knew exactly how to handle the situation, being flexible when she needed to and really firm when she needed to. As a result, we bought a beautiful detached house to our complete satisfaction. She was also of great help in obtaining capable contractors to do necessary repairs, finding boxes for moving, and numerous other little practical tasks. I couldn't imagine a better realtor in the entire Newmarket.</p>
