I was worried, but after my arriving to Canada, I immediately began to understand, how Ina true professional and very knowledgeable in the field of real estate. Townhouse was perfect for our needs, even I would say, beyond all expectations.<br /> As a result of this exceptional service, we decide to buy our first home in Canada with Ina. Ina was there listening to our needs and wants, made suggestion, offered much needed advice, kept us informed of new homes that met our needs, and made us aware of problems with the homes we viewed. Ina was very familiar with the area, and because she knew our needs, did not waste our time showing us homes that she knew didn't meet our needs. She kept us in the loop through the entire purchasing process, by answering questions and making suggestion when it came to other professional help that we needed. <p><br /> I contacted Ina after a terrible experience with my previous realtor. Although he came highly recommended by a friend (who neglected to mention that they were related!), it was soon evident that he did not have much experience. I fell in love with a property and with his "help" placed an offer which was accepted. It wasn't till after all the paperwork was processed did I realize that he did not negotiate the deal he said he would get me and instead gave the seller full asking price! After many more errors and bad advice, deadlines were missed and the deal unfortunately fell through. I was so disappointed since I thought it was my dream home. A few months later I came across this site and looked up realtors in my area. Ina immediately answered my email and within a few days had a list of places for us to visit. She was very knowledgeable of the area and knew the market well. I felt that she listened to me and found places that were within my budget and had most of the items on my wish list. It wasn't long until we found the perfect home for me. As soon as I told her I was interested in placing an offer, she researched comparable properties and suggested a reasonable offer. She explained the process to me and let me know what I could expect going forward. As a first time homebuyer I had lots of questions and Ina was always available day and night, including when she was away on vacation! <p>We are a young family, were referred by our accountant to contact Mrs. Ina. It was the best decision ever. Mrs. Ina is a true professional and very knowledgeable in the field of real estate. We have been looking for a perfect home for over a year, and during that period Mrs. Ina was very supportive, patient and willing to help. At the end we finished buying two properties, one from builder (town house) and a condo. Mrs. Ina was very helpful in terms of signing papers and dealing with all other legal procedures. She shared her knowledge about property taxation, mortgage rates, pros and cons of different properties. She showed excellent skills in negotiation the deal, and we got huge discount.After closing a deal we received bonus (part of Mrs. Ina’s commissions) it was a very pleasant holiday surprise.<br /> Mrs. Ina is a great person, devoted to her job and clients, very motivated and providing high-end customer service. <p>As a first-time home buyer, I was very lucky to have had Ina as my real estate agent. She really puts her clients' happiness first.</p> <p>Ina helped me through the entire process.</p> <p>She set up several appointments to check out different condos on sale. When we went to visit the condos, she would point out different pros and cons about each condo that I had not previously considered (ex: layout, balcony, maintenance fees, exposure, etc.). Her expertise was very useful in helping me make an informed decision.</p> <p>When we finally decided on a condo to purchase, Ina sent me a list of all the recent sales in the building. Thus, I had a pretty good estimate of how much I was expecting to pay for my unit. I let Ina handle negotiations, and I was VERY pleasantly surprised to have paid $7,000 less than I was expecting to pay! She got me a very good price indeed!</p> <p>On top of this, Ina sent me part of the commission she earned from the seller (buyer services are free). So, I received over $1000 for her already amazing service.</p> <p>I would recommend Ina to anyone looking to buy real estate in Toronto!</p>
