James is an amazing real estate agent with a great understanding of the market and the skills to help get what you need. We were first time sellers and had no idea of how everything was going to go, but James was really good at coming up with a plan and running through all the details with us. He answered our questions and put our minds at ease. He knows what he's doing when it comes to negotiating and being a strong advocate for what we wanted and just made the process feel so smooth and easy. We obtained numerous offers and many well above asking price! When it came to buying, he was great at providing potential listings for us and being able to arrange visits at almost what seemed like the drop of a hat. He was able to help us get what we needed and for below asking! This guy is the real deal and extremely down to earth. We would absolutely recommend him to any friends, or family and would gladly utilize his services again. (although hopefully not for at least a few years!) haha

After working with other realtors prior to James, it was a night and day difference between those realtors and the level of customer service, support, and dedication that James provided to us as homebuyers. James is the best! He is thorough and professional and great to work with. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at any time. When we first started to look at places, he booked a full day of showings so quick that I saw and some that he recommended that were in my range of interest - it was great to have them all in one day and he was super accommodating of my schedule. When I found THE place - he put in the offer super quick and helped me through all of the subject removal items and kept in touch with me at all times to make sure we were on schedule. I'll definitely use his expertise again with all my future dealings with real estate. I highly recommend James, he'll find your new dream home!

James makes purchasing a home an enjoyable experience instead of a stressful one. He is knowledgeable and hard working, offers timely responses with extensive domain specific knowledge on the ins and outs of buying real estate in BC. His honest and straight-forward approach is a refreshing one in a of realtors whose intentions often seem questionable.

James was exactly the kind of no-pressure, down-to-Earth realtor we were hoping to work with. He also could not have been more attentive. James answers questions promptly or otherwise finds the answer for you. He'll go to bat for you in contract negotiations, and he'll extend his services even after closing day.
