James was amazing through the entire process of buying our place. He is attentive, communicative, timely and professional, but is also always calm and never pushy. He worked to understand us and our requirements, and made great suggestions of areas and buildings we hadn't considered. His knowledge of the tri-cities is a huge asset as is his experience in the market. His negotiation skills won us our place in a multiple bid situation! We are so thankful we worked with James and hope to again in the future.

Simply put, James is brilliant to work with. My partner and I purchased our first home recently, and it would not have been possible without him. His willingness to talk you through each step was so incredibly helpful, even if that call came in at 9 or 930 at night. He made things happen for us quickly - in only a few weeks James was able to find us a place that we're so happy in (and got for less than asking price no less!). I don't doubt the long hours it would have taken to get this done for us. And beyond all that, he was able to connect us with the right people throughout the process, making solid recommendations that worked out perfectly. I would absolutely recommend James as your realtor.
