James was warm and friendly from the first time we met him. He was punctual to every meeting and was available by phone and text any time we needed him, always patient and willing to clarify any questions we had. He was very understanding and willing to help us as first time home buyers. James listened closely to our needs and showed us our perfect home our first day viewing! He gave us honest advice and helped us every step of the way as we purchased this home. We found him easy to talk with; he gave us a realistic idea of what pricing would be like, what we should offer and what we might expect as a counter offer.  When it cane time to sign documents, James used the service DocuSign which made it incredibly easy and simple to review and sign an offer from home or work. James has excellent communication and response time.  We were quickly notified of any update weather it be about viewing listings or when making an offer. We would absolutely recommend James's services to anyone.

As a first time home buyer, the process of buying a home (let alone a home in the BC lower mainland) is QUITE the daunting task. Fortunately we had James with us every step of the way.
