Jerome is a lovely human being and a consummate professional. He held my hand and was supportive throughout the sale of my house and was not at all phased by the fact that I was 10,000 miles away. He is completely trustworthy and also an experienced agent - so he knows what he is doing and his advice and opinions were sound and deeply valued. He kept me abreast of developments during the sale, and when problems arose he helped me find solutions. He is also accessible, responds to phone calls or emails promptly and is a man of his word - if he says he’ll do something you can trust him. I enjoyed working with Jerome and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.
