Jerome is very giving of his time and is proactive in his communications. He guided us through step by step while offering his professional opinion on list prices, where to offer and where to sell. Given the current uncertainty in the Vancouver market, we really needed someone who had our best interests at heart to help guide us--Jerome was this person! He asked us the tough questions and encouraged us to really think about what we were looking for in our next forever home. We can't recommend him highly enough!
