Jerome was very professional while also being very personable. He made me aware of my options and consequences. Very pleasant to deal with. Kept in contact throughtout the entire sales proceedings. He reminded me of things I needed to do when the house sold. After the house sold, he called to make sure everything went smoothly and when to expect the funds from the sale. He even went out of his way to call and make sure I received the funds without any hiccoughs. I had a very good experience with Jerome. It helped restore my view of realtors, having had some not so good experiences in the past. Thank you Jerome.
