Jesse and his team were fantastic. My house had been on the market for over a year with little to no serious interest. I met Jesse by chance while he was in the neighborhood with another client, and he left a great first impression. I called him about a week later. His presentation and understanding of the local market really stood out. He came prepared with solid research and a clear plan. Jesse also connected me with a few reliable contractors who got things done quickly. Within two weeks, the house was sold. What I appreciated most was the constant communication and drive from Jesse and his team. They were always in touch day and night, super responsive, and focused on results — exactly what I needed. My parents have lived in the same home for 47 years. After my father passed a year ago the home was no longer the right fit for my Mom. We found her a spot in a great retirement community close to us. But now we had to arrange the move and sale. She had accumulated a lot of stuff over the years and at 86 years of age, was feeling overwhelmed by even the small things. We live an hour away and could only come to help periodically. I screened a handful of agents and right from the beginning was impressed with Jesse. He was organized and efficient in his communications with me, while being patient and responsive to my mom. I expressed my concerns about my our availability and my mom's ability to remove junk, get packed, etc. Jesse was fantastic. He sent labourers over to move boxes and furniture, and got rid of all the junk. He came by the house the day we moved my mother out. Within the next 5 days, had the house cleaned, staged, photographed, and listed and an open house a few days after that. Jesse also helped arrange local movers to assist on moving day, brought in a handyman for minor repairs and even arranged for the lawn to be cut. During the sale, Jesse was very organized and kept me advised of developments with clear, concise updates. When offers were received, Jesse's experience was a clear benefit in guiding us through the process and his after-hours availability was key. Jesse helped my mother secure an agreement to sell her house within 1 week, and for slightly above the list price. I would recommend Jesse Arora as an agent to anyone buying or selling in the Brampton and surrounding area. Thanks Jesse!
