Jesse Arora is a very hard working, professional, detail oriented and very successful real estate agent. He does not make false promises. He delivers. He sold my house in 7 days after explaining the market conditions, walking us through the price range expectations and then helping us get it ready for sale. After 8 long months on the market with no buyers in sight I had lost all hope in selling my Brampton condo, until one fateful evening when I opened my door to a total stranger declaring "I want to sell your space!" Jesse listened to my story and understood just how badly I needed a change. Within two short weeks he had arranged for beautiful staging, and a fantastic photographer who made my home shine. Barely a month passed before we had a closed deal, ABOVE ASKING! Jesse and his team were incredibly helpful at every step, especially given my difficult work schedule, and were very considerate as I dealt with a minor surgery as we prepared for viewings. Jesse even reached out with compassion as I suffered a death in my family, working behind the scenes to make sure I didnt have to worry about the sale while I mourned my loss. I would give Jesse more than five stars if i can. He sold my house in less than a week in a very tight market. He brought in so much traffic (potential buyers visiting the house ) during the first three days of listing and by the the 4th day, we had multiple offers. He skillfully negotiated to get me the best offer and he sold it over the asking price. I say he is the best realtor in my area. To future sellers, i strongly recommend Jesse. Get him to sell your house and you won’t be disappointed.

Thank you very much Jesse, for getting the house SOLD within 12-13 days, very quick. Jesse is pro-active was out canvassing the neighbourhood trying buy/sell homes on the street and in other neighbourhoods handing out is card and cell phone. Jesse had various ideas/guidance which was very helpful throughout the process. Jesse’s system had solid Buyer traffic coming through to see the house with a system notification which gave us an alert on our cell phones, which is very handy/efficient. Also, the electronic signing system made dealing with the contract quick and easy during the negotiation process. Would differently recommend Jesse for anyone and I would use Jesse again!
