Because of this, he was able to sell our home quickly at a great price in a difficult market. He put together a stunning listing, brochure and video of our property, and even dropped by to give us pointers on how to prepare our place for showings. Jim recently helped my fiancée and I recently purchase our first home, and we cannot express how grateful we are to have worked with him. Keeping us in the loop throughout, he was able to secure us the home at a price that was significantly below their listing price. Afterwards, he walked us through the rest of the process, making sure that we had a contractual agreement that protected us from any issues down the line. Not only that, he also went through the contract line-by-line with us in order to make sure that we truly understood what everything meant. It was a pleasure working with Jim as our realtor, and we absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a property. His combination of knowledge, experience, and communication skills made the whole process smooth and easy. He is also just a great guy to be around!
