I can't say enough great things about Jon and his help in selling our house. He was straightforward and honest about everything and walked us through the entire process from day 1. I would not hire Jon Hull to sell any future homes and I would not recommend him to my peers. He was hired to sell a marital home during a divorce. He did not include both parties in discussions (even though both parties names were on Land Titles for the home). Mr. Hull also continuously kept emailing my lawyer. My lawyer even forwarded me an email where Mr. Hull was asking for her legal advice in regards to issues with one party over the sale. My lawyer forwarded me his email and told me that she could not give him legal advise because she was not his lawyer. Mr. Hull's unauthorized e-mails to my lawyer cost me significant legal fees Mr. Hull never reimbursed me for. Mr. Hull tried to state that he had a legal obligation to e-mail my lawyer. I am pretty sure Realtors have their own Lawyers to consult if there is an issue with a contract breach on the real estate contract and he should not have been contacting my personal divorce lawyer in regards to same. The contract breach was the other parties doing and he should have been consulting the other parties lawyer or at least his own lawyer in regards to same. Mr.Hull definitely had some conflict of interest breaches with regards to this. He had previously sold the other parties partner's home and I feel that this personal relationship with the other party impacted his behavior in regards to this sale (ex. he purposely e-mailed my lawyer to cost me more fee's because he was friends with the other party).

If your looking to sell or buy property.. Jon is someone who is honest with you, and will work hard to make the sell or purchase possible. He is amazing. I have full trust in him, and will continue to tell people to use him. It truly is 2% commission.

Jon Hull was highly recommended by a friend whose house in Edmonton was recently sold by Jon. We engaged Jon as a trusted realtor and advisor after meeting with him. His advice on decluttering our home before the photo shoot and the 3D video for the listing paid off in spades. Within two days of the listing we had two offers and Jon provided excellent professional advice on how to respond to the offers. Our house was SOLD as soon as the buyers conditions were lifted.
