Justin made our first home buying experience so seamless and enjoyable. Since we are from out of town, his knowledge of the different areas was extremely helpful. What I appreciated most was his honesty. Justin was honest when we asked for his opinions about neighbourhoods and he was able to gauge what suits us best. He was patient and willing to show us many places without any pressure. He accommodated our busy schedules and was always easy to reach. When we found a house that caught our eye, Justin was quick to set up a showing. When we fell in love with the same house and were scared of losing it to others, he tried his best to act fast as well as get us a reasonable deal. He guided us throughout the process and ensured we knew what to do as first time home owners. We highly recommend Justin and are planning on using him again when we upgrade to a bigger home.

I would recommend Justin to anyone looking for a new home. He truly was better than I could ask for as I am sure I wasn't the easiest client. He was very patient with me, kind and fun while also being very professional. 5 Stars across the board!

I have used Justin Layton for the last several years. When my wife and I first met, we both had houses. We decided to move into my wife's house. After renting the house for a number of years, we put my house up for sale with Justin. He did an excellent listing, and the house sold quickly, and at a price more than I expected. Six years later, my wife and I decided to move to a more convenient neighbourhood. We had our eyes on a particular house. Justin showed us a few houses in the area, but we really wanted this one house. Justin negotiated (and it was a long negotiation over a few weeks) and got the house for a great price. We are very happy in the neighbourhood, and plan to live here for life. Last year, my brother was moved to a lodge, so I hired Justin to sold his condo. The condo was in a building which had other condos for sale. We were able to sell after only a few weeks, again for a price we got a great price. Recently, my daughter and her husband decided to buy a house, after renting for a few years. I recommended Justin to my daughter and son in law, and they were really happy with the work that Justin put into finding the right house for them and for the right price. Frankly, I would recommend Justin to ANY ONE if you are buying or selling. Justin has always gotten the best prices for us, either buying or selling. He is a very professional, and has helped all of us through to the end of the sale, and follows up after sale to ensure we are happy.
