In 2018 Justin listed the first home, an Estate sale, which sold within a reasonable period of time. The second property, our personal home, was listed for just three days when multiple offers were received, one accepted at full list value. Justin was then able to find us a new home which met all of our expectations and was able to negotiate an acceptable price. Justin responded immediately to all our phone/email requests and upon request provided a legal representative who assisted with all three transactions in a professional manner.
