Justin knew we were taking the long road to find my new home. We started looking almost a year ago and I had a very broad idea of what I wanted (meaning I wasn’t so sure). I knew the neighbourhoods I was interested in but didn’t know how much TLC I had the ability (or desire) to put into a house. The market has been busy and I soon learned that if you liked something, you had to view it ASAP to even have a chance to consider it. Once Justin got a sense of what I wanted he was able to vet properties upfront to minimize time spent viewing. Ultimately, we found a great home and we are so excited to start making it our own.
